Where do tatoo designs come from?
The first tatoo designs are thought to date from as early as 2000B.C. when the the Egyptians first invented a method to inject ink under the skin. The first colored tatoos were developed in New Zealand by the Maoris. The practice become popular through several countries in Asia and by the 16th century, explorers had brought tatoos to Europe. Continuing onto the 20th century, sailors often indulged in their passion for tatoos, and recently tatoos have gain popularity through out many subcultures.
